Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 3 years old to 12 years old stay for R$ 50 per person per night when using an existing bed. No cots are available. No extra beds are available. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. Please inform New Way in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of BRL 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
