You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Keys must be collected at the central offices located in: Avenida Ciudad de Huelva (Aldetur Building) , from 17:00 until 21:00. Please let Apartamentos Aguadulce El Portil know your expected arrival time at least 1 day in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. Please note that late check-in after 21:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 25, payable upon arrival.
