The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests will be required to complete a booking form after payment. The property will send it directly to the guests. Guests are required to send a photo of a government ID and the credit card used to pay the reservation (just showing the last 4 digits) via a secured online form prior to check-in, being a self check-in property. Property access codes will only be sent once these have been provided. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer or credit/debit card is required. The property will contact you after booking to provide instructions. Please note that only one parking space can be reserved per booking.
