Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 45 per person per stay when using an available cot. People 2 years old and over stay for € 22.50 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Casa Seniola in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note that the total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance. Once a booking has been made, the property will contact the guest directly to arrange payment and to provide the address and key collection details. Please note that the air conditioning and/or heating costs, charged in certain periods, are not included in the rate. Heating will be charged between mid October and mid May. Air conditioning will be charged between mid June and mid September. It is possible to rent a high chair for an additional cost of EUR 25 per stay. It is possible to rent a playpen for an additional cost of EUR 25 per stay. It is possible to rent a fan for an additional cost of EUR 15 per week.
