This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Den House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. - Please note that at least 1 adult of at least 20 years of age or above must stay at the property (children only is not permitted). The property can house up to 5 guests. - Please inform the property of the number of male guests, female guests and the number of children that will be staying in advance. - Please contact the property once you reserve your flight or ferry ticket to the island. As island access is restricted, it is strongly advised that guests organize their transportation in advance. - Guests will have to submit ID and other documents in order to check-in. Please contact the property for more details. - Pick-up service to the airport, ferry terminal and Motomachi areas are provided at an extra cost after 15:00. Guests must call the property at least a day in advance to make use of the service. - Reservation may be cancelled in case of a typhoon, or if access to the island is restricted due to bad weather conditions. Cancellation charges will not apply. However, cancellation fees will be charged accordingly in other circumstances, for example if guests are personally concerned of the weather (while transport facilities are still active). - In case evacuation orders are made due to the eminence of a typhoon, guests will be asked to evacuate the property with the property manager.
