This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. The property is to be left in a similar condition to how guests arrived. Rubbish is to be removed and placed in the bins provided and the dishwasher is to be packed and turned on. Please use the coasters which are located under all the crockery and cutlery. Please note the Pool table must not be used as a table at any time and only for its intended use..
