A damage deposit of NZD 1500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with a credit card. Please note that the accommodation will not be serviced for the duration of your stay. You can request daily housekeeping service at an extra charge. All guests unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must be over the age of 18 years. When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, a third-party authorisation by the cardholder must be submitted when booking. Please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in.
