Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Ferienwohnung Haus Kloosterman in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Huis Kloosterman in advance. Guests arriving after 22:00 may be charged an additional EUR 20. Guests will receive a confirmation email regarding information about the transfer of the keys. From 2014, guests will receive a free WinterbergCard Plus with discounts on attractions and activities in the area. Deposit: EUR 100 per apartment.
