Located in the centre of the Ardèche Mountains, La Bergerie du Plateau is a restored sheep barn from 1830 that maintains it's character with exposed wood and stone. It sits at an altitude of 1200 metres and offers panoramic mountain views and an opportunity for a relaxing stay with simplicity, authenticity and scenery. Every morning, a continental breakfast with homemade and local products is served. Guests can plan to hike in the surrounding area and to visit small perched and valley villages nearby. Afterwards, guests can relax using the hydromassage spa, sauna and heated indoor swimming pool, all available for a supplement. Guests can go to the Mont Gerbier de Jonc Mountain just 19 km away or to Lac d’Issarlès, 12 km away. Le Puy en Velay Train Station is 55 km away.
