You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of RUB 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The property's personnel is only present on site for check-in and cleaning. Please contact the property on the day of arrival regarding your expected arrival time. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please contact the property in case you book on the intended arrival date to arrange your check-in. Please note that a prepayment in the amount of 100 percent of cost of 1 night is required for bookings of less than 7 nights.
