Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 4 years old to 17 years old stay for RUB 500 per person per night when using an existing bed. People 4 years old and over stay for RUB 500 per person per night when using an available extra bed. No cots are available. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform MariArt in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note that an extra bed is available in double and twin rooms at surcharge of 500 RUB. Please note that till 15 June 2016 an extra bed is free of charge. Please note that a deposit (cost of 1 night) is required to secure your reservation. Prepayment should be made within 48 hours after booking. The hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation in case the deposit has not been transferred.
