Up to two children from 3 to 12 years are charged RUB 1500 per night for extra beds. Up to two children from 12 to 18 years are charged RUB 3000 per night when using existing beds. One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib. Up to two older children or adults are charged RUB 3000 per night for extra beds. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 2. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 7. The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1.

Please inform Matisse in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of RUB 40000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
