Children up to and including 0 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. No extra beds are available. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Imperial Apartments - Panorama in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Grunwaldzka 54, 81-771 Sopot, Polska, 81-771 Sopot. A damage deposit of PLN 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the office is open between 9:00 and 19:00. A surcharge of PLN 60 applies for check-in between 20:00 and 22:00. A surcharge of PLN 90 applies for check-in after 22:00. A surcharge of PLN 60 applies for check-out before 7:00. All requests for late check-in and early check-out need to be confirmed by the property.
