Do not leave minors unattended, it is compulsory to shower before entering the pool, it is forbidden to dive into the pool or do any urination in the pool. We remind our guests to respect the hours of silence, paying attention to respect for the neighbourhood. - There are no bins in the city, waste collection is organized door to door on the days and in the manner that you will find inside the house and it is essential separate the materials as indicated in the house AND arrange them outside the door/gate when indicated by the CALENDAR ► IF WE FIND EXCESS TRASH AT CHECK-OUT WHY NOT. -Heating: starting from November 1st it is possible to turn on the heating as the Tuscany Region has established (it is not possible to turn it on before). An additional cost of €10/day is required to be paid at check-out. -SORTED CORRECTLY OR NOT DISPOSED OF DURING THE WEEK, we would have to charge you €60.00 TO BE ABLE TO TAKE IT TO THE LANDFILL. However, don't worry if at check-out you only have something left over because it wasn't collected the previous day. Please do not put it outside, but leave it in the appropriate bins-bags in the house/terrace/garden and we kindly ask you to cooperate and be responsible for the waste you produce!
