Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform RED STONE in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 700 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. In order to avoid the abuses that we have experienced in the past (air conditioning all day throughout the villa windows open when the Guests are at the beach, forgetting lights all night etc..) we read the electricity and water meter on arrival of the Guests. In addition, the rates in Spain for water and electricity have almost doubled but we keep the same rental rates, so we will be very vigilant about consumption. A quota is established 250 kWh for the week, which is more than enough for 6 people. Beyond 250 kWh it will be requested € 0.35 per kWh. The same applies to water. A quota of 20 m3 per week beyond 2 euros per m3. But don't worry the quotas are high and you can live normally and reasonably. Managed by a private host
