This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform SERRANOS in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that Check-in after 21:00 is only available on request, at an additional cost and subject to availability. Apartment equipped with a sound pressure measurement and analysis device attached to the WE RESPECT program of the city of Valencia. In the event that an excessive noise level is detected, the guest will be informed automatically and/or through an authorized agent of the program.
