Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for THB 800 per person per night when using an available extra bed. No cots are available. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Simon Villa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of THB 15000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that in case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount of the reservation.
