Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. Guests must check-in at the front desk upon arrival. After receiving full payment, the establishment will send guests the receipt by e-mail. All accommodations are located in the Casablanca Condo, but belong to different owners and are independently managed. The units are private apartments. Cleaning is done at the end of the stay, and no daily maid service is provided. Towels and bed linen are only provided at check-in. No additional towels or linens are provided. Additional cleaning, towels, and linen can be requested with an additional cost. In the check out leave all the towels in the bathroom please, not in the lobby. Building repairs are being made on the building's facade. During this period, guests may experience some noise or light disturbances. General instructions and access code to the unit will be to the guest a few days before the check-in date. Paid parking is available. Advanced reservation is recommended for a cheaper rate of USD 23 per day.
