The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests under the age of 30 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. TOT #4560 P.S. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
