The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The apartment must be returned clean and tidy, with all cleaning done. If guests use the apartment's linen, the sheets and towels provided must be washed, dried and folded. If this is not done, the €50 cleaning deposit will be retained, as well as €10 for each sheet and towel set. Managed by a private host
