This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Office working hours can vary each season. The breakage deposit may be affected by non-compliance with the rules of conduct of the community, not gathering up the apartment, not disposing the rubbish or loss of keys, among others. Keys must be collected at Calle Ibiza, 12, local 4. Across the pharmacy. Please note that the change of towels and bed linen is done every 7 days for stays of more than 7 nights. For stays of less than 7 nights, the changes will be made upon request for a fee: Towel change: 20€. Linen and towel change: 45€
