In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The property will contact the guest to provide pin code for access to the property once the reservation is made. Please note that there is a 1.4% surcharge when you pay with a Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card.
