Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 20 per person per stay when using an available cot. Children up to and including 4 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 5 years old to 17 years old stay for € 18 per person per night when using an existing bed. People 3 years old and over stay for € 20 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please let Villa Lovisi know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. The villa and pool are cleaned once a week. Sheets and towels are also provided and are changed once a week. Please note that the number of rooms available depends on the number of guests staying. If there are 4 guests, 2 rooms will be available. If there are 6 guests, 3 rooms will be available. If there are 8 guests, all 4 rooms will be available.
