You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In order to check in, two individuals in the group must be 30 years of age or older and at least one of those individuals must be named on the rental agreement. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to Distinctive Beach Rentals within 7 days of receiving. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Please note a baby crib is available for a fee.
