Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for £8 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. No extra beds are available. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that after full payment has been taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect the keys, will be emailed to guests. Please note that check-in takes place at 19 Bedford Place WC1B 5JA. Luggage storage is available for guests who arrive prior to check-in. Late arrivals can be accommodated as the office is attended 24 hours a day. Please note that the building does not have air conditioning or a lift, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Please note that a weekly cleaning service is provided for stays of over 7 days. A more frequent service is available for an additional fee. Please note that extra beds and cots are available for an additional fee, subject to prior arrangement. Please inform the property prior to arrival if the card holder will not be present at check-in. Failure to do so may result in refusal of entry. Please note that guest are required to leave flat keys on the kitchen table upon check-out. Please note that lost keys are subject to a replacement fee of GBP 50.
