This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 1000 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. A surcharge of 35 euro applies for arrivals after check-in hours from 19:00 to 22:30. A surcharge of 45 euro applies for arrivals after check-in hours from 22:30 to 00:00. A surcharge of 60 euro applies for arrivals after check-in hours from 00:00 to 01:00. A surcharge of 110 euro applies for arrivals after check-in hours from 01:00 to 01:30. A surcharge of 160 euro applies for arrivals after check-in hours from 01:30 to 02:00. There is no check in after 02:00 am. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHECK IN AFTER 2AM, NOT EVEN IN CASE OF UNFORESEEN DIFFICULTY.
