The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 2. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 8. The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1.

A security deposit of EUR 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Serra del Reclot, 41, 03530 La Nucía (Alicante). Please inform Chill Out in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that there is an extra cost for air conditioning from June 4th 2016 until September 13th 2016: - Air conditioning is obligatory during the period 7 June to 19 September and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 100 per week. Heating is obligatory during the period 4 October to 26 April and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 54,95 per week. Pets are allowed on request and carry a surcharge of EUR 50 per pet per stay. Upon arrival guests must authorise a guarantee of EUR 1000, to be charged in the case of damages. Check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 50. Check-in after 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 100. Check-in on Sundays and public holidays also incurs an extra cost of EUR 50.
