Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Please note that a surcharge of 15,00 € for arrivals from 21:00 until 23:00, and 30,00 € for arrivals from 23:00 until 24:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
