Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests under the age of 30 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
