Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property can only accept bookings from essential workers/permitted travellers, during dates where such guidelines exist. Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to USD 250 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. This house can be rented as a whole by booking the two apartments. The cleaning fee when renting the whole house will be 150USD, not included in total price.
