A damage deposit of AUD 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Pets upon approval are allowed at this property, it is an additional $30.00 per pet/per night, additional charges will apply if excessive amounts of pet hair are left at the property or damage has been caused by your pet. A 30% deposit is required immediately to secure your reservation. The full payment is required 40 days prior to arrival. Credit card payments will incur a 1.5% surcharge fee.
