A damage deposit of EUR 303 is payable via credit card on arrival. This will be refunded within 5 days of departure, once the state of the apartment has been checked. Please note that there is extra charge for late check-in starting from 21:00 as follows: From 21:00 to 00:00: EUR 30 From 00:00 to 02:30: EUR 50 Check-in is not possible after 02:30. Late check-out after 11:00, or early check-in before 14:00, is subject to availability and carries a surcharge. This service cannot be guaranteed in advance.
