Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Renovation & Pool Information: There may be some building work carried out Monday to Friday during the hours of 8am to 5pm. There will be NO construction work on Weekends or QLD School Holidays. The work involves rebuilding of a Beach House and therefore there may be some noise associated with this type of activity. In addition to the Beach House work the Swimming Pool will be out of use from May 20th to July 10th 2024.
