All children are welcome. All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 2. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that there is a 2% transaction fee when you pay with a credit card or a Visa or MasterCard debit card. There is no surcharge for payments made with EFTPOS or cash. A valid credit card must be presented on arrival, and be in the same name as the guests's name on the booking confirmation. For all pre-paid bookings, the credit card used to facilitate payment must also be presented on arrival. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price at the time of booking. Please note, guests are required to check in at the Copthorne Hotel, next door the Central City Accommodation. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children's cots/cribs. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. All older children or adults are charged NZD 40 per person per night for extra beds.
