WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

All children are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 4. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Der Steiermark 101 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Breckenridge Resort Managers will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. After booking, guests will receive an email with instructions to view and sign a rental agreement. The agreement must be signed electronically and payment must be made prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the email, please contact property management in advance. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
