Please note that Hotel Laguna is a 3-storey complex and there is no elevator. We have a 3% charge for Amex & Diners Cards and 1.5% for all other cards. Please be advised that during May/June, there are some renovations in the Hastings St and riverside during the week days and there may be some disturbance. Management will do all possible to minimize this issue. Fresh towels are available at a small cost and these services can be booked at reception.
