Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost. We welcome you at the Residence Les Gémeaux's reception. Reception opening hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday : 09:30 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 19:00. Wednesday : 17:00 to 19:00. Saturday and Sunday : 08:30 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:30. Please note, reception opening times are subject to change, please contact the residence before your arrival. Outside the Quartz reception's opening days and times (only during week-ends), please contact the Andromède residence which is open 24 hours a day. Prices include : accommodation, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), cleaning kit, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), TV, all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax ), bed linen, basic WiFi access (to 5 devices to navigate, e-mail reading and researching). For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur a fee. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
