Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in after 00:00 has an extra cost of EUR 50, to be paid in cash upon arrival. Please note that heating is not included in the price and has an extra charge of EUR 1.5 per litre (optional). Please note that confirming the age of the guests in advance is mandatory. Guests need to get in touch with the property within a maximum of 3 days after the confirmation of the booking to confirm their age.
