Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, the property cannot accommodate bookings for groups of 4 or more guests. Guests are requested to provide their postcode and mobile phone number in the Special Requests box at the time of booking. Kindly note the accommodation is located on the first and second floors, and is accessible via stairs only. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment. Please note that guests that reside within 10 miles cannot be accommodated at this property. Guests must send a copy of their photo ID prior to arrival.
