This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with EFTPOS or a Visa or Mastercard credit card, and a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. Please note that the property requires a AUD $1,000 credit card pre-authorisation upon check in. You will receive a second email direct from Australian Alpine Resorts within 24 hours with your check-in and key collection details.
