Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box. A damage deposit of PLN 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 35 PLN per pet, per night applies. All requests for arrival with pets are subject to confirmation by the property.
