All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 3. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of NZD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform The Setup on Dixon - Hostel in advance of your expected arrival time. Please note that for breakfast included rates, breakfast includes a sandwich from Subway, along with a drink. Please note that some rooms don't have windows. Rooms with windows may be available upon request, subject to availability. Reception opening hours are: Monday-Sunday 08:00-00:00 (midnight) (Closed on Christmas Day and New Years Day) If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform The Setup Accommodation in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.Please contact the property in advance for further details, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. For early check out, guests can leave keys in the drop off box to check out before 10:00. Street parking is available a few minutes from the property.
