Introduction

FlyOne (5F) is a low cost carrier airline flying to international routes. Cabin baggage allowance are not provided to passengers of the airline. Free checked baggage allowance is not included in the flight Check in time at the airport starts from 180 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure time. Online check in is possible for flights on FlyOne official website page. It can be done 1 days prior to flight departure time.

How to Book

1. Visit Airpaz site, or open the Airpaz application (Android/iOS) on your gadget. 2. Fill in the flight details in the flight search box. 3. Choose the best flight. 4. Fill in the contact information and passenger details on the booking page. 5. Process payment through the selected method. 6. Receive your FlyOne flight e-itinerary in the My Booking page, or in your email.

The airline serves flights to destinations all over the world with its main hub located in Chișinău International Airport (KIV). Fly One SRL is the owner of the trade name FlyOne. The company is lead by the CEO, Mircea MALECA. The head office for the airline is located in Moldova.

History

FlyOne operating with IATA code (5F) and ICAO code (FIA) was established in 2015. The airline runs under the management of Fly One SRL. Over time, FlyOne intended to satisfy their passengers through the services it provides. The milestone that has been reached by the airline is September 20, 2016 - FLYONE joined the "Saber" GDS ticket sales system,October 14, 2019 - FLYONE has adopted Navitaire’s New Skies digital and retail reservations platform.

Flight Attendant

FlyOne cabin crew wears a uniform that is dominated by blue and black. For female flight attendants, they wear dark blue or black long sleeve with blue suit and white scarf and blue skirt. The design itself represents their strong passion to provide an outstanding experience for its passengers throughout the flight.

Web Check-in

Passengers can do web check in through the official website of FlyOne. To do so, click here to go to the airline’s check-in page. Online check-in page can be done 1 days prior to scheduled departure time.

Airport Check-in

Airport check in can be done in the FlyOne check-in counters 180 minutes prior to the flight departure time. You are advised to check in at least one and a half hours before the check in and baggage drop counter at the airport closes.

Kiosk Check-in

Kiosk check in service is not available for passengers of FlyOne.

App Check-in

It is possible for FlyOne passengers to check in through the airline’s official mobile (Android/iOS) application. To do this, the passengers should download the FlyOne mobile application on their handphone. The check in time is 24 hours before the flight departure time.
