Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Destination Big Bear (by Destination Big Bear) will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of USD 800 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and incur an additional charge. Contact the property in advance. Please note that the credit card used to make the reservation and the person whose name is on the credit card must be present at the time of check-in. A valid government-issued ID of the same person will be required to complete the check-in processes.
