Renovated in 2017, Hotel Goritschnigg is located in a quiet side road in the centre of Velden, next to the Casino Velden. A rich breakfast buffet is available daily from 07:00 to 11:00 at this family-run hotel. All en-suite rooms provide free WiFi, a seating area and satellite TV. The suites consist of 3 separate rooms and feature a refrigerator and a balcony, with views on the hotel’s Feng Shui garden. A 3-minute walk away, the Goritschnigg's restaurant is only open daily in summer. It serves a fine selection of wines, traditional Carinthian cuisine as well as steaks. Free parking is possible on site. Tennis courts, a golf course and a sailing school are within walking distance from the Hotel Goritschnigg. The Wörthersee lake, as well as many hiking and mountain bike trails are nearby. Guests enjoy free access to the Wörthersee lake shore during its opening hours, including sunshade, deck chair and beach towel.

From April to October, you can buy the Kärnten Card separately in the hotel (prices for children and adults vary). Please note that the property does not have a lift.
