Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Graystone Bed & Breakfast in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in. Additional charges may apply. Please note that the property does not have a 24 hour reception and check-in hours must be respected. Guests must contact the property in advance to request an earlier/later check-in. Children younger than 12 cannot stay at this B&B. A child aged between 12 and 16 is an additional 100 CAD (+tax) per night. All guests older than 16 are considered adults. The only room which can accommodate an extra bed is the King Room with Spa Bath. With immediate effect until further notice, with due diligence for the health and safety of our guests and the Operator (Bed & Breakfast), we allow only fully vaccinated guests against the current pandemic in our property who must be willing to show proof of vaccination at check-in. This includes all occupants of the room. Regretfully there are no exceptions to this policy. We thank you for respecting this policy accordingly. Children 12 and below are exempted. For twin set up an additional fee of 75.00 CAD plus taxes will be applied for single night stay.
