Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. Please note that car access is not possible in winter. The closest public parking space is 1.5 km downhill from the holiday home. From there, everything (including groceries) has to be carried or brought with a sleigh to the property (available from the owner when collecting the keys). Alternatively, you can drive to the Kanzelbahn parking space, which is 500 metres above the holiday home. From there, the property can be reached by sleigh or on skis. Please note that snow chains are required on this road which is not paved and is often difficult to drive on in heavy snow. Please note that during the winter months (November - March) an extra fee of 10€ per person is required for the transport of bed linens and other necessities to the property. Managed by a private host
