Introduction

StarFlyer (7G) is a low cost carrier airline flying to domestic and international routes. The airline provides the passengers with a cabin baggage allowance of 10 kg and maximum dimension of 40 cm x 20 cm x 55 cm (L x W x H). The passengers flying international route with StarFlyer will get free checked baggage allowance of 30 kg, while the domestic flight passengers is provided with 20 kg. Airport check in time at the airport starts from 180 minutes before the scheduled departure time. This airline does not provide online check in services.

Passengers can’t check in online through the official website of StarFlyer.

Airport Check-in

Airport check in can be done in the StarFlyer check-in counters 180 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure time. You are advised to check in at least one and a half hours before the check in and baggage drop counter at the airport closes.

Kiosk Check-in

Kiosk check-in services is available for the StarFlyer passengers, and may be accessed at the departure airport according to the availability. For further information on this service, contact the airline call center. The check in time is 180 hours before the scheduled flight departure time.

App Check-in

Check in through the airline’s official mobile (Android/iOS) application is possible. To do so, the passengers should download the StarFlyer mobile application on their handphone. The check in time is 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
