This holiday home is situated in Erquy in a quiet and protected location, only 150 meters away from Caroual beach.
The 110 m² 4-bedroom house has a bright living and dining room, a spacious, well equipped kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor and another wash basin upstairs.
From the living room and kitchen you have direct access to the south facing terrace with appropriate garden furniture. For recreation and play the enclosed and protected surrounding 800 m² garden is at your disposal. Other facilities include a ping pong table and a barbecue.
For added convenience, the property can provide towels and bed linen for an extra charge.

A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that late check-in between 19:00 and 21:00 are only possible upon prior request and will be charged EUR 20 per hour. Check-out is possible until 10:00.
Please note, guests can rent a linen and towels package for 20.00€ per person per stay or bring their own. Similarly, a final cleaning is offered for 120€ per stay. Please notify the property in advance.
