This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed linen and towels are not included. The following charges apply: Bed linen: EUR 6 per set Towels: EUR 5 per set of 2 towels Should you not bring bedding and towels with you, kindly let us know (email, text-message, phone) at the latest 3 days prior to your arrival. NOTE THAT Guests must email the accommodation not later than 2 days in advance that they do NOT want to rent bedding and towels.
